There’s no place else on earth quite like Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho and owning property here is one of the great privileges of life. I love where i live and once I show you around, I’m convinced you will love it just as much and want to plant roots of your own in this beautiful town many of us call “home”.  Because i am a local and have had the pleasure of living and rising my family here i can help to answer any of the questions you may have just as most people do when buying or selling real estate.  Questions like when is the best time to sell? Where is best to buy? What areas should I avoid? How can I really make sure I’m getting a good deal? These are the questions many have and sometimes don't remember to ask, but i'll be sure to answer no matter what.
